Once inside The Close you will notice the flying buttresses, built in 1911 and designed by T G Jackson, to support the south nave wall. Looking across the green you can see the arches that once formed the entrance to the Chapter House. Head towards the columns. To right of them you'll find the entrance to The Deanery Garden. This is our next stop on the walk.
